As the width of each finger (steel beam) is less than the width of the tyre, there is no axle load limitation.

Unlike conventional plate barriers that often rattle and are prone to breaking or bending under the entire vehicle's weight, our system is designed differently. The wedge barrier’s flush surface allows the vehicle weight to be seamlessly transferred into the concrete, eliminating weight restrictions and ensuring durability over time.

No Axle Load Limit

This innovative road blocker has no axle load restrictions, as the narrow steel fingers distribute the vehicle’s weight directly into the concrete foundation. This ensures that vehicles of any size, axle configuration, or load capacity can be effectively stopped without compromising the barrier’s strength or functionality.

Shallow Foundation for Easy Installation

Designed with a shallow foundation of just 16 inches, the road blocker significantly reduces civil work and installation costs. Its compact foundation design makes it suitable for projects where deeper excavations are not feasible, while still maintaining uncompromised structural strength and crash resistance.

Intelligent Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU)

The Hydraulic Power Unit is engineered for flexibility and long-term reliability. It can be installed up to 25 meters away from the barrier to suit site layouts, is built using trusted global components for durability, and integrates easily with third-party security systems. The unit also includes dual backup batteries, enabling the road blocker to function for up to eight cycles during a power failure, ensuring uninterrupted security.

Safety Loop Detection

Equipped with dual safety loops, the system provides advanced protection during daily operations. It prevents the barrier from being raised when a vehicle is on the plate, thereby reducing the risk of accidental damage, while also detecting entry and exit movements to ensure operational safety.

Emergency Mode with Fail-Safe Operation

In emergencies, the road blocker can rise in under 1.5 seconds, bypassing all safety features for instant protection. A glass-protected emergency buttonne prevents accidental activation, while flashing lights and sirens provide clear warning signals. Once engaged, the blocker remains locked in its raised position until manually reset by authorized personnel, making it a highly secure and dependable solution for critical situations.

The Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) is not fixed with the Hydraulic Road Blocker (HRB) and can be positioned within a radius of 20-25 meters. This flexibility in placement offers the advantage of designing layouts with greater flexibility.

The Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) is crafted using secure components sourced from globally renowned companies such as Siemens, guaranteeing extended lifespan and unwavering reliability. The HPU is also network-controlled for easy third party software integration.

The HPU incorporates two batteries to power the electronics in the event of a power failure, ensuring the continuous operation of the road blocker for up to 8 cycles.

Cleaning is a breeze with the provided drain pipe, effectively eliminating the problem of water clogging. This feature ensures easier maintenance.

For added safety, two safety loops are positioned at both the front and back of the road blocker. This precautionary measure detects approaching vehicles from both sides, preventing accidental damage by ensuring the road blocker isn't raised during normal operation mode due to any oversight.

During emergency operation mode, all safety features are bypassed. The emergency operation buttonne is safeguarded by glass to avoid accidental presses. This buttonne's advantage lies in swiftly raising the road blocker in under 1.5 seconds for a prompt response in emergencies. In case of an emergency, the alarm light flashes continuously, accompanied by a siren noise. Importantly, the road blocker cannot be lowered without manual reset by the authorized authority in such scenarios.

When the road blocker is integrated with another security product, such as a boom barrier, it will automatically elevate to a secure position in emergency operation if the integrity of the boom barrier security is compromised or breached.
